1. Service Terms
DEO Finance provides USDC stablecoin financial services, including self-custody wallet provisioning, zero-fee transfers, fiat on and off ramps, and card issuance. You must be of legal age and eligible under applicable law to use the service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules. Digital assets carry risk, and the value of assets held or transferred through the service may change.
2. Versioning
These Terms are versioned. Each published revision carries a version identifier, and the version in effect at the time of your acceptance is recorded together with an acceptance timestamp. When a material change is made, the version identifier is incremented and you may be asked to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the affected features. The current draft is version v0 and has not yet been finalized.
3. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Your acceptance, the accepted version, and the time of acceptance are recorded. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.
